Northeast Community College Norfolk Alumnus, Jayden Sporleder, of Pierce, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, surrounded by loved ones. His passing has left many in shock. A heartfelt post confirmed his death, stating, “Thank you for everything you’ve left us here on Earth, Jayden Sporleder. You reminded me every single time we would hang out what it meant to take care of a friend.”

Jayden Sporleder was born and raised in Pierce, Nebraska, a place he cherished throughout his life. Growing up in a close-knit community, Jayden was known for his friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and deep connections with those around him. He attended Pierce Jr/Sr High School, excelling both academically and socially, and was actively involved in various activities, forming lasting friendships.
After high school, Jayden continued his education at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. His commitment to his studies and drive to succeed were evident to all who knew him. After completing his education, Jayden began working at Continental, where he quickly became known for his dedication and professionalism. His colleagues admired him for his reliability and positive attitude.

Sporleder, 22, of Pierce, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 2, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Pierce. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, also at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Pierce.
